Papaji Interviews is a collection of interviews that Papaji had with visitors, journalists and devotees in the early 1990s. The initial chapter, which I contributed myself, contains an account of Papaji’s early life and includes the years of his passionate Krishna bhakti, his search for a Guru, and the culminating meetings he had with his Master, Sri Ramana Maharshi. An extensive account of his early meetings with Sri Ramana are given in the book excerpt that appears at the bottom of this page. The other interviews primarily explore Papaji’s direct and uncompromising teachings on the Self, its nature and how it can be discovered and known directly.
